FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. SeansGO runs in the browser — nothing to install on a computer, tablet or phone. You can start the moment your account is created.
Can my clients log in?
No, and that is deliberate. Only the practice owner and the specialists have accounts. Client records live in the system but clients have no login of their own, which keeps the exposed surface of that data as small as possible.
Is my data safe? What about data protection?
Each practice's data is isolated and cannot be seen by another practice. Consent records, client erasure requests and retention periods are all built in. You can export everything to Excel or take a backup at any time.
Can my specialists see my revenue?
Not unless you allow it. In settings you grant permissions per specialist: one may see only their own calendar while another can reach payments and reports.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically — we never asked for card details. After 14 days you pick a plan if you want to carry on; if not, you export your data and leave.
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes. Send us your spreadsheet and we will import your client records for you. On the Enterprise plan this help is free.
Can I use it from my phone?
Yes. Every screen is built for phone and tablet — take notes from a tablet during a session, check the day's takings from your phone in the evening.
What if I run out of SMS credit?
Reminders keep going: the e-mail and WhatsApp channels carry on working. You can buy an extra SMS bundle or move up a plan.
