Accounts
An account belongs to a practice. The practice decides who on its team gets access and at what permission level, and is responsible for keeping those credentials safe.
Free trial
The trial runs for 14 days. No card details are collected and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
Your data is yours
Records entered into the system belong to the practice. They can be exported at any time, and are not used for any other purpose.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to store data the practice has no lawful basis to hold, or to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Clinical responsibility
SeansGO is a record-keeping and scheduling tool. It does not give clinical advice, and every professional decision remains with the practitioner.
